MetroMeet Terms of Use (EULA)

By creating a MetroMeet account you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines shown in the app.

1. 1. 18+ only. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. Misrepresenting your age ends your account.
2. 2. Real people only. One account per person, verified with a selfie. Display names may be nicknames, but your main profile photo and your Match photo must clearly show you. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.
3. 3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content. No harassment, hate, threats, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, spam, or rage-bait. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts at our discretion, without refund of any MetroBucks balance.
4. 4. Your content. You own what you post; you grant us the license needed to display it inside MetroMeet. You're responsible for what you post.
5. 5. Reports. Every piece of user content can be reported. Reports are typically reviewed by a human within 24 hours. Three independent reports auto-hide content pending review.
6. 6. Safety tools. Blocking severs all contact both directions (wall, profile, messages, Match). We may act on guideline violations reported by any means.
7. 7. Match. Opt-in. Be respectful; unwanted contact after an unmatch or block is a bannable offense.
8. 8. Service. MetroMeet is provided as-is; areas open and features change as the community grows. We may modify these terms with notice in the app.
9. 9. Termination. You can delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or by emailing [email protected]. We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
